Variety Pack Jerky Seasoning Kit, (Includes Original, Hickory, Mesquite, Sweet Hot, Cracked Pepper, Hot Jerky
|
Saturday, December 5, 2009
If you are a do-it-yourself kind of person, you prefer making your own jerky. Fortunately, we've made the seasoning part easy. A generous 4.5 ounces of top-notch seasoning is packed in super-protective mylar bags that lock in freshness and block all damaging light and moisture. We've added the bonus convenience of a shaker bottle complete with sifter and lid for a simple, even seasoning distribution. One seasoning packet makes an impressive 10 pounds of world-class Weston jerky.
Available:
Teriyaki
Sweet & Hot
Cracked Pepper
Hickory
Original
Mesquite and Hot.

If you want to waste your time and money, buy this product. The price looked attractive when I saw this product and how much jerky it makes.I was surprised when I saw the size of the seasoning packet and how much it is supposed to make.It seemed to not be enough spice compared to other products I have bought.Sure enough, when I made the first two flavors there was almost no flavor.I cut the meat quantity in half on the other flavors, but I did not cut the cure in half then they were all too salty.Totally dissatisfied.
