After getting my ice shaver I knew that I had to get some decent syrups to go with it, and this brand and flavors have been a pretty good choice. The flavors do indeed stay with the ice instead of just washing off the ice and becoming a colored juice on the bottom of my bowl, the flavors were very good for trying out the ice shaver for the first time and if anyone buys an ice shaver themselves I highly recommend this brand to try their first test on.
