As another user discovered, this is not worth the box it came in . . . we used it twice and had to stop and start it several times to get it to keep turning. The third time the ice cream process didn't complete before the filled drum refused to turn. Then we threw it away!

I've had this machine for at least a couple years, and I've never had any problems with it. I've made ice cream many times and each time it has frozen perfectly. I'm sorry for all the people who've had problems with this machine, but for me it's a winner.
